Tue, December 5, 2006 - 4:04 PMHmm, looks like it's related to monkey puzzle and norfolk island pines so not really a "true" pine for the purist. I wonder how they are to work with, I'm not quite ready to spend the money to find out. -

Thu, December 28, 2006 - 4:34 PMRight: it's a "southern pine" or "primitive pine," like the monkey puzzle tree and norfolk island pine; it's not in the genus Pinus but closely related. All the southern pines are native to the southern hemisphere, all the Pinus are native to the northern hemisphere.
